clearspring - the widget network.

Washington DC has really been coming into it’s own as a tech community lately. There are lots of great regular meetups (DC Tech Events is a great local resource), and some big events like the recent BarCamp DC and the TECH Cocktail series. To keep it going, we’re happy to be a part of organizing a tech community event all about widgets — WidgetDevCamp DC.

This will be a chance for folks to get together over a weekend to have some good open discussion about widgets, and even to hack together some cool demos and proofs of concept (or more). This community-run event is currently in the early planning stages, but is targeted for the end of October.
