Widget Serving

8/11/08 05:14 PM EST:  Today MySpace made a change to their share service causing some problems pushing widgets into MySpace.  Our engineering team identified the problem and has a fix ready for deployment tomorrow am (EST).

8/12/08 9:00 AM EST:  The MySpace fix has been successfully deployed - issue resolved.

Analytics System

8/11/08 09:36 AM EST: We are experiencing a problem with one of our query engines, affecting a small subset of widgets.  If your widget ends with "1" or "2", the analytics reports will only show data up to 8/6/2008.  Please note that data collection is not interrupted, but it will not be available via our analytics UI or Reporting API at this time.

8/11/08 10:00 AM EST: On Sunday August 11 we experienced a problem with our analytics system which affected widgets ending in "0", "4", "5", "6", "9" and "b". Data for these widgets will appear lower than normal or will not display in and around 3pm EST.  We are working to restore all data for this time period.  Please note that data collection was not interrupted, but reporting for this time period will not be available via our analytics UI or Reporting API at this time.
