Launchpad On-Page is a standalone sharing menu/button that you can place anywhere on your seeding site. It lets visitors grab your widget and post it to their destination of choice, with a simple and intuitive interface. This menu can offer a much better user experience than the one built into your widget (activated from the Get & Share button), when you are seeding the widget from a page that you control.

You use the Launchpad On-Page tool in the Widget Console (available at Publish -> Get the Code : On-Page Code tab) to get the code for this menu, configured with your widget.
